Denali data is still delayed after I submitted all docs and have a brokerage account

I am only trying to get real time data here. Signed up for your real time denali feed but it is still delayed....I have a brokerage account and entered all that info. I will not be trading through Sierra chart just want real time feed. Followed instructions but still getting delayed data.

Spoke with Barbara, talked about moving Clearing Firms in order to use Teton Order Routing, also talked about various options that can be used in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for discounted Real-time CME Group Data.
