I am receiving delayed data and I have followed every direction/instruction on how to connect as a non-professional to get real time data. Am I able to use Sierra Charts with TransAct as I have in the past, and if so, can I get very specific instruction on how to connect to get real time data as a TransAct user? I have the Denali Exchange service package. I have a live funded account with TransAct.

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart about 6 months ago, so you no longer can use Sierra Chart with TransAct, nor can you use TransAct to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. I have set up a live trading account per the instructions with EdgeClear (Ironbeam) however when I go through the process of connecting to the live trading account I do not see EdgeClear nor Ironbeam as an option as a selected service. What then should I select as my trading service in order to connect to a live trading account and start receiving real time data gain?
