Hi,

In my chartbook, I have two charts with Chart Trade Mode and Chart DOM on.

On one of them, i can place orders on the chart and chart DOM with no issues, all the time.

However, on the other, after the chartbook has been opened for awhile, order placements do not work when it is in simulation mode (i.e nothing happens when i click on the chart DOM, nor when I try to place an order from the right click pop up menu). When the problem is happening, if i switch off Simulation Mode, order placement works normally (but if i switch Simulation Mode back on, order placement still does not work). I can still place Simulation Mode orders in the other chart, and i can see the order on the problematic chart when I do. If i close the chartbook and re-open it, then order placement in simulation mode works normally again.

This issue started happening about a week ago.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Thank you.

When you submit an order go to Trade >> Trade Orders Window:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Orders Window

Do you see the order there? If so what is its status?

The order pops up (along with the attached orders I set), but status is "cancelled", and then they disappear shortly after.

On the other chart that doesn't have this issue, the order shows up as "open"

Ok i see the issue is that for TimeInForce got set to Good Till Date Time, and after a while the Date Time is in the past so all orders on that chart were automatically cancelled.

That resolves my issue.

Thank you.
