Flatten all keyboard shortcut stop working.

Hello, I've set a simple shortcut (space bar) for the Flatten all command, and all was good for months then the other day it stopped working, I've tried updating Sierra Chart, resetting all shortcuts, and setting a new one, and nothing seems to work. it only works when clicking the Flatten button from the Trade Window. Has anyone experienced this type of behavior? thank you for any help.

Are you having the same issue when you try to use the Flatten option with a Control Bar button? If the control bar button works, then the keyboard shortcut should work. Try a different keyboard option other than the "Spacebar". Keyboard shortcuts that are set to a single key run the risk of not working properly, since you are now asking the key to perform 2 functions. Hi, John thank you for the reply. Tried a new control bar button to flatten all and it does nothing to my orders, also tried a 2 keys combination shortcut without success, at the moment the only flatten that is working is the one from my trading window. any idea what to do next? thank you.

Exactly which Flatten option are you using? And are you in Simulation Mode or Live trading? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Trade Flatten All positions - All accounts. (TFAP) Same behavior on both SIM and Live

The first item to note is that the Trade Flatten All Positions - All Accounts does not work in Simulation mode. But it should be working in Live mode. Do you have the option for Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts enabled? Please open your Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there is any information in there on why the option is failing. If it has been awhile since you tried to use the option, then open a position and try it and see if there is any information in there. You can paste the contents of the Trade Service Log to this thread for us to take a look at it.
