TPO Charts with volatility based TPO

I have been trying to ascertain whether daily TPO charts with TPOs based on volatility rather than time thresholds are supported in the chart list, so far it looks like they aren't. Would I need to program this? God bless

There is definitely not a way to specify TPOs that are not time-based. If you were to try and program this, it would require rebuilding the entire TPO process, as the code for creating TPOs is not available.
