Issue with Symbol mapping or settings (Denali / DTC enabled)

Good afternoon everyone,

I am a new user to Sierra Charts and have just completed getting everything setup. I have been using the Denali real time data feed with zero issues. My data is live and has no delay ([M] displayed on chart header). I added a DTC account (Apex) and got logged into the account for trading only, leaving the data sections blank (was originally filled out). I got connected and was prompted to remap everything, which I did. I have the [M] displayed at the top of the chart which should mean I am connected to Denali for my data. When looking at my longer term charts (60+ days) I have chunks of data missing. When I disconnect from DTC and use Denali only the issue is instantly resolved and my data is back. What do I do to fix this?

When you are connected to your Rithmic account and if you see missing data, then you need to delete the data in the chart and redownload the data so that it fills everything in. Note that this will only work with the data that you are getting from us, which is the CME exchange only. Refer to the following instructions:
