I am having issues downloading data. See picture attached the gap from 30.12 to 17.01 with nothing on.
How is it possible?

There is some problem with the Symbol Settings.
Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings
Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings Values.
