Chart replay not working

Hi my chart replay doesn't seem to be working I have followed the steps online but no movement upon replay.

If you have not already tried it, enable the option to Use Start Date-Time and enter a Date and Time for the replay to start from. Make sure the Date and Time are actually present in your chart (you have data that goes back to that date and time). Let us know what happens when you start the replay this way.
