Getting real data to my account

Hi,

I'm not getting real data to my account since Jan 3rd and even not near real time , I'm paying for Sierra license level 11 and can't use the application! since I need to connect to any provider every 30 days.
I'm trading now through thinkorswim that connected to Ameritrade account.
Can I connect Ameritrade to the Sierra? Or any other option to solve my problem?
