Bitfinex BTC feed currently stuck/dead

"BTCUSD-BITFINEX" symbol does not appear to be updating and it has not updated for quite a few 60m bars. However the "Market Depth Window" for "BTCUSD-BITFINEX" is happily updating and ticking along, the chart and "Time and Sales" window is not. It should also be noted that BFX recently added a cryptocurrency named DRK and DRK/USD and DRK/BTC pairs which could be added to the Sierrachart Bitfinex feed. |

The data feed has been restored. There is some missing data and we will see if we can patch it. We will see about adding these other currency pairs. We need to spend the time to determine why this is happening. More than likely the origin of the problem is on the Bitfinex side, but our software should be able to handle whatever errors are occurring. Try contacting R at admin@bitfinex.com and try to work out a more permanent fix? This is rather annoying, BFX feed has been coming and going but mostly going the last day(s?) and right now it is just stuck. Not the end of the world, though, all your other BTC related feeds (Bearstamp, OkCoin, etc) work fine and BFX is mostly less than a percentage off them and there's alternatives.. but it's a bit annoying. |

Just a follow up (but I guess you are working on this?): Right now the chart (with bars and everything!) is updating again but the "time and sales" window still shows last trade as 385.10 about 10 hours ago. This is not a big deal but it is the (minor) bug. |

There is something wrong with the bitfinex.com source data feed. We will have to look at it later.
