The text items that are associated with a TPO or Volume by Price profile are not directly available. In other words, you can not access that data in another study or export it in some way. But, in this particular case, if you are asking if you can get the Total Volume and the Range in Ticks for that TPO, then it can be done, but you need to use a chart that is setup to match the TPO. So if you are looking at Daily TPOs, then you would need to have a separate Intraday Only chart that is set to view 1 day. Then when you look at the volume per bar in that other chart, it is the same Total Volume as the TPO. In order to get the Range, you could use the True Range study. If you want this in Ticks, then you could use the Study Subgraph Divide to divide by the Tick Size of that chart to get the range in ticks.
