Using Denali Real Time data feed with IB Trading account

Hello, I am subscribed to Service Package 11 and Denali Real Time CME data. WHen I use the data feed, I get everything I want on my chart. Hopwever, when I connect to my trading service (IB Live account), the software asks me if I want to change the symbols to match IB symbols. If I say yes, I lose my Cumulative delta bars, If I say no, I am not given the option of tradingb my account. I have followed the "Integration with Trading Services" instructions but still have the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

You definitely need to change the symbols to be the Interactive Brokers symbols when you are connected to Interactive Brokers. But since your data is from the Denali Exchange Data Feed in either case, you should be getting the same information. When you are connected to Interactive Brokers, please have that chart active and then select Delete All Data And Download. Let us know if the Cumulative Delta does not fill in after you do this.
