Hello, I am subscribed to Service Package 11 and Denali Real Time CME data. WHen I use the data feed, I get everything I want on my chart. Hopwever, when I connect to my trading service (IB Live account), the software asks me if I want to change the symbols to match IB symbols. If I say yes, I lose my Cumulative delta bars, If I say no, I am not given the option of tradingb my account. I have followed the "Integration with Trading Services" instructions but still have the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
