I am subscribed to the SC Data Feed but the feed for the ym nq and 6e is not plotting properly during the night hours when my computer is turned off. There are a lot of gaps and blank areas where there should be bars. The bars do not start plotting properly until I turn my computer back on. This is similar to the other request I sent regarding my cumulative delta bars not plotting when my computer is turned off. Thanks |

You need to activate the CME exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges After this is done, restart Sierra Chart. Even though you have the data feed activated, you do not have the exchange activated so effectively you are not getting data from the Sierra Chart data yet for this month.
