You need to activate the CME exchange here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges

After this is done, restart Sierra Chart. Even though you have the data feed activated, you do not have the exchange activated so effectively you are not getting data from the Sierra Chart data yet for this month.
