Applying a Study Collection to a Chart

Dear Support, I did Select the name you saved it as from the list on the Analysis menu. This menu is on the Sierra Chart main window. The attached file is saved to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder. But nothing happens when i apply it as can be seen in Print Screen Would you please help me, Thanks Rodney |

The image you provided is how you save a Study Collection, but it is not how you apply a Study Collection to a chart. To apply a Study Collection to a chart select the Analysis menu and you will see the Study Collection name in that menu towards the bottom. Select the name of the Study Collection you want to apply and it will then be applied. Thank you for your help. But unfortunaltey when i apply a Study Collection to a chart and by selecting the Analysis. It does not load the Study Collection. Can you help, Rodney |

We just tried the Study Collection that you had attached to this thread in the beginning. There are no studies contained within that file, therefore there is nothing that is added to the chart. You would need to see if you can get another copy of that file from wherever you got it.

The file "Footprint Bid x Ask ( Diag).StdyCollct" has studies within it. The other one either does not, or is too old to be used.
