Good Morning,

I'm subscribed to Denali and have followed the Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart Software Instructions guide. However, it appears that my real-time data for stocks is still not appearing, although it was before I activated Full CME Group with Market Depth for non-profession Trading accounts updated to Integrated Advanced MBO. I'm currently using the Teton CME Order Routing to trade futures. Thank you for your time.

Shawn

We see that you have activated the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, therefore the most likely reason you are not getting real-time data for stocks is that you are not using the symbol needed for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. In this case, you need to add a suffix of '-NQTV' (no quotes) to the base stock symbol. For example, for IBM you need to enter the symbol IBM-NQTV. Refer to the information here:

I understand, note, the real data works for me with IB, no issues there, but I am constantly updating my Equities/symbols from another program that provides scanning for one minute, etc.. I need real time charting for one minute or 3 minutes, but If I am imputing symbols with NQTV including NYSE etc.. than it is time consuming since I want Price Projection ASAP for a identified symbol by the time I will enter, my opportunity will be lost.
There is no way I can live with Denali, so please advise on the following:
How do I remove Denali ? Revert back to the basic
Secondly, no issues I know how to get to IB, but advise when we can in the future get a data feed that isn't cumbersome.
Thank You,

To stop the renewal of the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, select the following link and select the Deactivate button for the exchange:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

You will still have access to the real-time data through the end of the month, since the exchange fees are due up-front. Also, the exchange fees are not refundable, as the exchanges do not give refunds.

To be able to use the standard symbols (although you will not get Market Depth data with these), you will need to follow the instructions at the following link for the U.S. Equities exchange on our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
