Hi,

I've lost live data feed.

Is it because of lack of funds? I've made a payment and it's still not working.

You did not have enough funds in your account on January 1, 2023 to automatically renew the exchange you had active. This was due to a price increase that occurred for this month which changed the price from $11.00 to $11.50.

In the meantime, you have used the $11.00 that you had in your account to pay for the renewal of your Usage Time, therefore you currently have $0.00 in your Services Surplus.

To activate the same exchange that you had previously, you need to add at least $11.50 to your account and then you can reactivate the exchange at the following link:
