Free Trial Reset Help Request

Hi guys, I created my account on Nov 14 but today (Jan 5) was the first time I downloaded and opened up the program. It says that the free trial time has expired, which I had wrongly assumed would only begin at the time I first logged into the program. Would it be possible for me to reset this trial? Thank you so much for your help.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

HI, I had a free trial last year in October. I was not really able to use it and test Sierra Charts for personal reasons. Is it possible to restart the free trial? I am unable to log into the account using the Sierra Chart app.

To log into the Sierra Chart software, use the same Account Name and Password that you used to login to the website and post into this forum.

You are able to login to our website so if you are using the same Account Name and Password then you should not have an issue.

But, if you want to reset your password, then you can do so at the following link:

Also, are you getting that error when actually trying to login to the Sierra Chart software, or is that coming from a trading service that you have setup? Refer to the following for login instructions for the Sierra Chart software:

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to try another trial for Sierra Chart, I'm extremely interested in the software and didn't have time to fully explore with the previous trial. Would this be a possibility?
