Hi there, Denali exchange data feed Activated, connection good in green, M symbol on charts and DOM, Now Depth looks ok the problem is the market orders (recent bids/asks) are not coming through as they should in numbers much less and with sluggish speed. One thing, on the message log I do not see - Enabled denali -. I am with CQG and AMP futures using my account codes.

The Recent Bid/Ask columns should update at the same speed as the main Bid/Ask columns. Are you seeing a difference in the way the data is presented in these columns?

You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange enabled. And you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as we do not support data for the CME Group from CQG.

Hi there yes the recent bids/asks are too slow and not a much volume corresponding to EPH23 it moves as there is delayed /insufficient data.

If you have another way to take a screen image and attach it to this thread that will be fine. But we need to see what you are referring to in order to better understand the issue.

Check the setting for Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change. It looks like this may be set to Yes, which would explain the missing data, as it is setting those values to 0 since there was a change in the Bid/Ask even though the price was not at that level. Refer to the information for this setting here:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)
