Check the setting for Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change. It looks like this may be set to Yes, which would explain the missing data, as it is setting those values to 0 since there was a change in the Bid/Ask even though the price was not at that level.
