Data flow freezing / not updating

There can be a problem with the data feed which we do not control. In which case you need to have your broker put you in contact with TransAct support. It is their responsibility to help you with data feed issues. The other problem is you could be looking at expired futures contracts symbols. So make sure you are using the current contract symbol.
