Hello support, I have a chart in a chartbook I want to move to another chartbook. This chart is not linked to any charts and its not overlayed with any studies from other charts. It's a 3 year volume profile on the right, and 15m candles (I switch between OHLC and Candlestick Bars). If I copy this chart to a new chartbook, it looks and works fine. If I copy this chart to an existing chartbook with other charts in it I get these strange green OHLC looking bars over my candles. Before I go recreate this whole I figured I'd ask and maybe there is a logical solution here. Thank you all and happy holidaze. |

There must be a study on the chart causing this. Go to Analysis >> Studies and then individually use the Hide option for each one until this goes away: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Hide Study Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you! I'm not sure why the 50D MA did that but I hid it, it fixed the candles. I deleted the study and added again and its working. Resolved! |
