Did you select the Bar Period Type >> Renko Bars setting within Chart >> Chart Settings or use one of the Renko studies?

Do not use the Renko studies. They are only for back compatibility.

We need to understand how you are setting up the Renko bars.

Did you select the Bar Period Type >> Renko Bars setting within Chart >> Chart Settings? Here are the instructions for that:

What is the symbol of the chart?

And what is the Tick Size set to in Chart >> Chart Settings?

Set the Days to Load setting in Chart >> Chart Settings to 5 or less.

The settings for these symbols are already preset. To make sure you have the correct settings, follow the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

Be sure to apply them to the chart to make sure they are correct.

The Volume at Price Multiplier should be 1 for Intraday charts.
