Intraday chart only showing today after going through help topics and redownloading data.

package 12/SC feed/denali data. I noticed there was a missing chunk of todays data, So i went through the steps in the help topics to delete and redownload all data, now my chart ONLY shows today. I rechecked my steps, my charts lookback, allowable download time, etc. I watched the data get downloaded and saw all the days file through, but I cant scroll past about 30-40 mins ago on my charts. Please let me know what to do in order to get historical data back on my intraday chart.

And I am seeing now on other charts I am missing huge chunks of Data, The complete month of december on my hourly SPY-NQTV chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Symbol is SPY-NQTV, Problem is it is not showing historical intraday data on my intraday chart. I have gone through all settings chart wise, and globally, there should be 30 days showing. ONLY today from mid day is showing. I had put my computer to sleep for an hour, I came back and data was missing, I went to reload it and now this. We just had to check a few items in the log, but everything looks good there. It sounds like you have already tried this, but please do it again for us. On the chart that is having the issue, select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. That should redownload all the data for the symbol and then reload the chart. It should resolve your issue. If it does not, then we would need to see your Chartbook to see if there is something set oddly. disconnection, Delete, redownload, then using the intraday editor to choose downloading from beginning of file worked just now. The back data is showing properly now.

We're glad that you have the data back, but you should just have to select "Delete All Data and Download" and everything should fill in properly.
I tried that and it did not fill in the missing portion. It would just redownload that day only. Not really sure what the issue was but it is fixed now either way. |
