I have correctly set up a new Rithmic Data account for a funding evaluation...When downloading data receiving Error Message "Download Failed" Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESZ2.CME permission denied"

Please advise corrective action...Thank you

My (tempermental) Rithmic historical data feed didn't work a moment ago, but it just started sort of working again on my eval account.

I get market data, and the historical data has downloaded in the sense that the chart has caught up with the overnight data, but Sierra Chart is not clearing the "Downloading histrorical data" message. And if I try to delete and redownload it won't let me because it thinks the data is still downloading.

Try again and see what happens now.

The amount of historical data available from Rithmic is limited to about 5 days. You may be requesting more data than what is available through their system. We recommend changing your chart to be no more than 5 days of data.

The other solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed where we have many years of historical data available. Refer to the following:

Thank you all for your response...Rithmic is now collections data but not historical...Starting from today's opening...Hopefully it was save this data collection going forward.
