I can't activate the exchange because you show service balance is $0.80. I have paid $98.00 on December 05, 2022, at 14:59 ET, using PAYPAL to SIERRA CHART 3074170710. My Citi bank debit card ending 9618, Transaction Type Debit Card Purchase.
