Hi, I'm trying to create an alert condition or a study that highlights the bar before an engulfing bar as seen in the attached image. I tried to write an alert formula which I failed at because I cant seem to color the previous bar, the alert is always given on the present bar. Any ideas? Thanks |

To display the result of the alert formula on the prior bar, set the displacment to -1. Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Displacement |
