Hi SC Team, I posted a question about custom studies since 11/17/22 and have not gotten any response. Not sure what is going on. Usually, SC team respond in no more than a few days. i originally posted in account help then posted the same question on supportboard as programming help a few days later. Ticket ID is 1668719103172 To avoid wasting time in the future, just let me know where i am supposed to post questions related to ACSIL. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-12-01 16:25:02

For one thing - when you tag a post as "Programming Help" we will not respond to it. Second - help with programming is beyond the scope of our support, so even if you had not tagged it as Programming Help, we would have and still not responded. ok understood. i do see that SC sometimes does provide help on programming questions on the forum. Not sure what the difference is between my questions and their programming help requests. What are my options in the future if i get stuck on ACSIL? point me in the right direction for some tutorial, resources and contact (other than what you already have on your site). Thank you for your time. |

If it is something that we can answer quickly, then we will typically respond - particularly if it is just to point someone to the right function or variable. But if it is an in-depth question (which yours are) then it is not something we would get into. The best option is to post here and tag it as Programming Help and write that you are looking for community help. Also, keep your questions simple - your original post is quite complicated in terms of what you are asking - if you break it down into smaller pieces along with code snippets, then you are more likely to get help. Also, search the Internet and YouTube in particular, as there are several people that have posts about how to use ACSIL.
