I'm using Sierra for long time connecting to CQG via AMP , last month I had to upgrade to sierra 11 and I started used Sierra data , today i've got a massage that i need to had a payment so my data connection is blocked, i payed and still can't get an error "your login disabled contact your FCM"
Can u please advice.

I am having the same issue. AMP account via CQG order routing (but Denali data) stopped working today. Charts won't update. WTH???

I don't understand the answer, what is the issue ? what I should do to make it work again? I summitted the payment and active again the data.what I should do?

User701018: The problem you are having is that your CQG account has been turned off. You need to ask your broker about this.

If you want to continue to get data and work with the system, albeit without the connection to CQG - which means no trading, then you will need to change your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. When you select OK to close that window, you will be prompted to change your symbols - you want to select Yes to this option.

If you do not have your symbols updated, you can do this by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

If you get your CQG account setup again, then you will need to change your service settings back to the CQG settings. When that occurs, follow the instructions at the following link:

The problem you were having is that your Denali Exchanges did not renew due to a lack of funds. We see you have since re-activated the exchanges so you should be good now. If you are still having an issue, then please open a separate ticket for your issue.
