User701018: The problem you are having is that your CQG account has been turned off. You need to ask your broker about this.

If you want to continue to get data and work with the system, albeit without the connection to CQG - which means no trading, then you will need to change your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. When you select OK to close that window, you will be prompted to change your symbols - you want to select Yes to this option.

If you do not have your symbols updated, you can do this by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

If you get your CQG account setup again, then you will need to change your service settings back to the CQG settings. When that occurs, follow the instructions at the following link:
