hello, the binance data feed seems to be frozen again. i reported this issue once before on 11-17-2022 and this is basically a repeat. my charts are stuck on Dec 1, 00:26 UTC. thank you. |

Hi, Binance not working yet. Also I can read in the forum other users are having issues with other data feed. Could you please give us a bit of info on what are you doing about these connectivity losses? The answer "Hopefully it will come back soon." is not helping us a lot... It's very very rare that lots of users are having connectivity issues on their sides at the same time. We're waiting to see if we can work today... Thanks. |

We see that Binance resolved the problem. The data feed is available again. It definitively is an issue with Binance. That is with certainty.

Great, thank you. Is there any way I can receive the data feed again? I'm asking for the symbols and I receive this: SC DTC Data with Market Depth | Sending symbols for exchange request. Exchange: binance_cryptocurrency.exchange.data | 2022-12-01 12:08:12.064 SC DTC Data with Market Depth | Received 0 symbols for Symbols for Exchange (binance_cryptocurrency.exchange.data) request. | 2022-12-01 12:08:12.273 The charts are not updating, and the green bar on top of the window is stuck on DF:23 ST:1, 1 BR:1282 I tried to disconnect and connect again. I closed SC and opened it again... nothing is working. What am I doing wrong? Please, help. Thanks! |

I read in another thread some users from Portugal are having connection issues with their DOM for some days. I'm connecting from Spain. I have 0 Binance data feed now, so if you at SC already have the data feed then the geographical hypothesis gets stronger. |
