Hello, I just got a new PC and installed Sierra Chart on it. I deleted previous Sierra Chart on old PC. Checked market depth levels settings, symbol settings for MBO, data/trade service settings, but still can't see market depth quantities and also MBO quantities. Could you please take a look into my acc setttings and check if all is in order? Thank you. |

I manage to fix some of the issues with the chart DOM. However MBO are still missing. Here is updated screenshot. Thank you |

What is the symbol of those charts? We ask the above, as you only have Market Depth data setup for the CME exchange. If those charts are for a symbol that trades on one of the other CME Group exchanges, then you will not get the data since you are not setup for it.
