They should not be different unless there is some difference in the settings between the charts. Can you please give us screenshots of the two charts so we can see exactly what you are referring to. please note the first screen shot is a pnf chart 1-8...you can notice the bar pattern circled....for instance there is a bar with a zig zag above it 4075.5 ...11.5 the low of that bar is marked with a horizontal line = 4067.5 and the high is 4075.50..the bar next to this shows a low of 4068.75 and a high of 4075.25 the 2nd screen shot is a footprint chart with the bar type set as pnf 1-8 yet the bars look much different...notice the first bar is the same time as the pnf chart and yet the low is only 4068.25 and the second bar referrenced on the pnf chart shows a high of only 4073.5... |

When we look at the data and compare the exact same times, the data is exactly the same. One of the things we noticed is that one of the charts has the Time Zone set to Use Global Time Zone and the other chart has the Time Zone set to Eastern US (New York) time zone. If the global Time Zone is not set to Eastern US (New York) then you would have to ensure that you are looking at the correct times for the bars for each time zone. You can not look at the High and Low of the PnF X-O bars as the actual High/Low. Refer to the following: Point and Figure Chart: Why Point & Figure Columns Do Not have the Same High/Low As The Underlying Bars Your underlying bars (which is what we looked at yesterday) do match up correctly, it is just a display difference due to how the X-O bars are drawn.
