When we look at the data and compare the exact same times, the data is exactly the same. One of the things we noticed is that one of the charts has the Time Zone set to Use Global Time Zone and the other chart has the Time Zone set to Eastern US (New York) time zone. If the global Time Zone is not set to Eastern US (New York) then you would have to ensure that you are looking at the correct times for the bars for each time zone.
