Missing chart data on exchange traded oil spread CL

Hi, I am using CQG data feed for Sierra Chart. I have some missing data on the Jan-Feb spread for CL chart. I tried to use the Delete and Download function but the data remains missing. Please see attached for the Sierra chart image. Please advise. Thank you. |

Whenever I load my spread chart, this message "Symbol settings not found for current service" appears. Is there a way to remove this message so that it doesn't show up again? Please see attached image. Thanks. |
