My Sierra account package is 10 with Denali CME data feed and I have a trading account with AMP Futures.
Right now it is 10 min and 10 seconds delayed.
May I have real time data for E-mini futures or I have to switch to the four supported Trading services?

There are two items that you need to do, after which you will be getting the real-time data:

1) Activate the exchange(s) you want. The exchanges that you had active did not renew on November 1 automatically (most likely due to insufficient funds in your account on that day). You need to reactivate them. Keep in mind you will pay the full amount for the remainder of this month, this is the way the exchanges do it (they do not pro-rate). You can activate the exchanges at the following link:

2) You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your AMP account. You have not done this since back in July. To do this follow the instructions at the following link:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

You can view your non-professional verification date at the link above for the exchanges. It is the first item in the section you are taken to.
