I am trading the E-mini -S&P 500 futures, I've changed the symbols (F.US. EPU22) in September. I attach the massage from earlier today: Hi there if you are connecting to CQG you would need to be on SP10, SP11, or SP12. For you SP10 would work, SP10 = SP3 & Denali, so that should give you access to the features you have now. If you wish I can convert your SP3 days into SP10 Usage time. Please let me know. I'm confuse, what's mean =SP3 & Denali? I paid a payment on 11/16/2022 $125.00. Today can't connected CQG. Please add CQG connection. Thanks! |

when is the deadline for use the CQG? I changed Service Package to 10, now CQG connected, but still no activity, had notice; I need to Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed. could you tell me where I can download it? I appreciate for your help!!

If the CQG is no deadline, I want to use it until I finish exchange agreements, because my English not very well, I need more time to read it. I can't trade since yesterday, please tell me, how to Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed. Thanks for your time!!

Sorry, what we meant by "No Deadline" is that the time is already passed. We do not allow data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX exchanges into Sierra Chart at this time. Therefore, in order to get the data, you need to finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Why need to pay this money? Doesn't the monthly payment include it? It's very trouble. I tried to pay $1.25, when I quick to pay show me $10, why? another question; I want to make renew fee from my account, but always; Your Services Balance of 0.80 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. It is not possible to make a small payment in the amount of 1.25. There is a minimum. Apparently it is 10 USD. The additional amount remains on your Services Balance and will be used for payment for upcoming services as they expire.
