I'm looking at taking a break from trading over the holidays. I'd like to drop Denali Exchange Data Feed ... keep my account completely simulator with SC data feeds. I need the ES micro, ES mini... etc... sp500 indexes only.

You just need to deactivate the exchange(s) you have active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can do this at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Once you "deactivate" the exchange, you will continue to get the real-time data through the end of the current month. By "deactivating" it, you are setting it to not renew on December 1.

We see that you are currently connected to CQG. In order to get the delayed streaming data, you will need to change your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services, or if you are wanting to use our Simulated Futures Trading Service, then you would set it to Trading Evaluator - Delayed. You will then have the Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, which you will see starting on December 1.

If you want, you could also change your Service Package to Package 3. Just be aware that as soon as you do this, you will no longer have access to the real-time data, but you will get the delayed streaming data. If do this, you will also have to remember to change it back to Package 10 when you are ready to trade live again so you can connect to your CQG account and get the real-time data.

Follow these instructions to change your service package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

The first thing that you need to do is to ensure you have the correct symbols for the selected service. When you change your service and select OK to get off that page, it should prompt you to change the symbols due to the change in service. It is best to say "Yes" to this. If you forget to do so, or if there is some issue, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

So the first thing to do is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Then, with regards to the Trading Evaluator - Delayed - go through the Setup Instructions for the Trading Evaluator and ensure everything is setup properly. You will find the instructions here:
