Rithmic Historical data

Hello,

From December 1 I'll start using denali data feed.

I know Sierra is not a fan but until this month ends I still need to use Rithmic data feed.
When I connect to Sierra the connection is good. But I simply can't download historical data and my charts are empty.

Can you help me with this? I already read wverything on the support board. Thank you

We can not help with historical data from Rithmic. But is it correct that you are not getting any data from your connection?

If this is the case (you are not getting any data), then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I send you the message log, also atached you have 2 screen captures, one from the chart (you can see it ony downloaded data since I opened the platform) and another one from the message log and the trade log.

You are getting the data since you opened the platform, therefore the only issue you have is that you are using Rithmic data. Refer to the information at the following link regarding Rithmic data:

Make sure you have set the Rithmic Username and Password for Historical Data in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings.

Looks like they might not be set if you see that the download has been skipped.
