Order Fills not Showing (after trying the forum instructions)

Hello,

I have issue with order fills not showing. It used to be completely fine but after issuing a new account with Rithmic, the fills no longer show. I know SC does not provide service help for them but the connection and history is all good, just the order fill not showing which I hope SC can cover and assist. The Show Order Fills is ticked, I have tried udating latest version and restarting SC but nothing. This is the problem with MES/ES.

Another problem is with Euro 6EZ/M6EZ. Order fills do not show up along with the profit and order fill price in the Trading DOM. When opening a trade, entry price appear as some weird number 0.0000001 and profit stays at simmilar value. I have attached pictures for you to review.

The problem with MES started when I switched the internal trading account (still same login), and 6EZ was like that from beginning.

The order fill markers are only going to show for the currently selected trading account. If you are wanting to see order fills from a different account, you need to change the account listed on the Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

thanks John but obviously I do switch the account as I trade on it. Once i switch to sim mode everything is fine and order fills appear, but the live not. This is my 3rd account on the same login as Im on a prop firm evaluation so everytime I reset, new account is issued. The first account was fine but from the second onwards fills stopped to appear. Unfortunately I cannot switch to the first account and test as its been closed so can only trade the current one but this happen to be the issue. Multiple accounts on the same login. Any idea how to fix that

What we stated above is the main issue. You can only view the order fills for the selected account in the Trade Window.

But, you should still be able to select the "first account" since you still have order fills for it showing up in the Trade Activity Log. Just go to your Trade Window and select the "Trading Account" menu and select the account for which you want to view the fills. Refer to the following for how to change your Trading Account:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

You are right, when I switch to the first account on the trade window the history order fills do appear, but the second and current third do not show order fills. I am not expecting to see the order fills from Account 1 having switched to Account 2/3. But Account 3 (current) does not show even the order fills taken on itself let say today or yesterday.

You can see it on the initial pictures attached. I am 40 micro lots short, obviously on the current account and no order fills appear on the chart.

Picture 1 - Opened short position 20 contracts on Current Account ending 494 (order fills not showing)

The first thing is to make sure you can see the order Fills in the Trade Activity Log. Instructions:

And then refer to:

One thing to check is this setting:
Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

The trade fills taken on the First Initial Account (Ending 655) still appear, which is a proof my setting are correct. There are 4 accounts under the same login credentials. Once I had to switch to the second, thrid and now fourth account Fills Stop showing, no matter which account I trade or switch.

We cannot tell from the screenshot in post 10, whether you are showing us order fills in the Trade Activity Log. And you are only going to see order fills, for the same Symbol and Trade Account the chart is set to. Not any other fills.

The only conclusion is that there simply are no order fills for the account that you want to display fills for, or the exact Trade Account account identifier and Symbol of those fills does not match the chart.

The screenshots do not provide us sufficient information.

Thanks for the suggestion, I found the problem. In this case I am trading micro futures (M6E) while having the normal futures chart (6E) as it is more accurate. So when I switched the chart to M6E fills appeared. Please find pictures attached.

Is there a way to show the micro lot fills on the regular chart ?

Just tried trading ES and it works perfectly. Im trading MES on the ES chart on the same settings and fills shows perfectly.

You can see on the 1st screenshot that ES fills shows perfectly fine.

2nd screenshot shows me having opened a trade on 6E/M6E on the same settings as ES chart and no order fills showing, while entry price and profit data is not reflecting at all.

It seems more of a Euro Futures (6E) issue, rather than platform issue.

It is only necessary to set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to the M6E symbol which you have done.

Most likely it is this particular multiplier which has to be set appropriately for M6E
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
