What we stated above is the main issue. You can only view the order fills for the selected account in the Trade Window. But, you should still be able to select the "first account" since you still have order fills for it showing up in the Trade Activity Log. Just go to your Trade Window and select the "Trading Account" menu and select the account for which you want to view the fills.
