Regarding IB Symbol Changes that just took affect (support thread link in body)

Hi - Worked through all the steps Here: *Important Notice*: Interactive Brokers Symbol Changes | Post: 327213

My quote board updates after the above changes are made but charts do not load data (they constantly hang in "downloading historical data").

Am I missing something here? Any troubleshooting advice? Tried everything in those docs

For me, I did the update last night and data downloads from IB very slowly, so you just have to wait (I left it downloading overnight). The trouble is that it only goes back to Oct 30 for me, so now my hourly charts are very short.

What you need to do in this case is select Edit >> Cancel All Downloads.

Make sure the symbols of the charts are correct according to the current symbols in File >> Find Symbol.

And then re-download the data following these instructions:
