Hi my sierra chart hasnt been able to download data for about two weeks

here is the copy of the screen i tried to reach out for help multiple times and it seems that there is no one available over there, Is there one person that works around the clock? here is a snap shot of my screen

We see you are using Rithmic. Refer to:

In your particular case you just need to activate the exchanges you need here:

Once you are using the Denali Data Feed for data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
