Show Compackt Tool Values Window

Hello Support Team, my problem since couple of days is the compact tool values window. It isn´t available so I had to click the "tool values window" above. But its too big and I liked the compact tool values window with the crosshair. So do you know what I do that I get it back ? Because when I click it on "window" and choose it doesnt pop out...It was there yesterday and then it was suddenly away.
