Differences in Candles and Market Profile

Hi, I have two instances of SC running on my computer. As you can see in the attachements, both the market profile and the corresponding candles (daily, M30) are different for Wednesday, November 2nd 2022 (only for ESZ22-contract; current lead contrat of ES) despite the fact that all settings are the same. On the first instance, same data are missing (gap), which are existent on the second one. How can I fix that? Why has that occurred? Best regards, F.W. |

To fix missing data refer to the following: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) We can not say why exactly you might have missing data in one instance. The only thing we can do at this point is to redownload the missing data to solve the immediate issue.
