Intraday Data Downloading Issues

I have the integrated package 10 for 36$ per month. I'm using the sierra chart denali feed. I see all the data for the depth of market and the historical charts download. However, the volume profile on the depth of market does not appear. Furthermore, the intraday charts will not download. I have had no problems until 11-03-2022. I did not change anything prior to 11-03-22 and have been experiencing this problem since then.

You are not using the Denali Data Feed. You need to complete the agreements here and activate the exchanges you need: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME We cannot help with Interactive Brokers data. Do the above two things, and then after that is complete: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
