You are not using the Denali Data Feed. You need to complete the agreements here and activate the exchanges you need:

We cannot help with Interactive Brokers data. Do the above two things, and then after that is complete:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
