Problems connected to real time data

Hi,
I’m having an issue connecting to real time intraday data. When I first downloaded, I purchased package 11 of the Sierra data feed. It gives me historical and intraday data (intraday data is on a 10-minute delay). I open an AMP futures account after downloading Sierra charts and purchasing SC 11 package. When I was deciding on data with AMP I went with CQG for data because I wanted to add some stuff like the NYSE TICK and VIX.
The problem is not connecting the data feeds. When I go to find symbol and find E-mini S&P500 on CQG it has a blank intraday chart (see attachment). I’ve looked through the Sierra charts help center also looked on AMP website and tried to find on YouTube. What am I doing wrong?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
