I have been using sierra with AMP and CQG service package 3 and have continued to pay for 6 month subscriptions to Sierra ever since AMP and Sierra discontinued their agreement. I haven't had an issue until today when I stupidly renewed without initiating the renewal from within Sierra Chart, and I must've chosen the wrong configuration. Earlier someone tried to help me but I still cannot load my data or trade. They said they were switching me to package 10 and that it should work, however, i thought i was always on package 3. I am just really confused at the moment and would like to return to how i was configured as of friday. Is it possible to cancel my renewal so that I can renew from within the program? I am trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please advise asap.

This may have been resolved by reverting to Version 2393. I will update if there is still an issue. Thank you.

Yes, that will solve the problem as well by using version 2393.

When using a newer version you need to complete the agreements here and activate the exchange that you need:

And then you can cancel market data through CQG.

Okay, only problem is that earlier, someone switched me from Package 3 to Package 10 in an effort to solve the issue. Can someone please reconfigure me back to Package 3? Thank you.

No, that will not work going back to Service Package 3. It is required to use Service Package 10 to connect to CQG now.
